SquishSiblings will be your contact for orders, delivery, returns, refunds, privacy requests and product-safety concerns. You will not need to contact our supplier yourself.
For an order question
Have your order number and a short description ready. For a damaged or incorrect item, photos can help if they can be taken safely. Do not send payment-card details or a child's personal information.
Return destinations differ from parcel sender addresses. Always obtain return instructions before mailing anything back.
