Shopping with SquishSiblings
Prepared for our launch. Online ordering is not open. Our customer-care email will be added with our domain; product delivery estimates and final safety information will be confirmed before orders open.
Orders and selections
Online ordering has not opened yet. When it opens, an adult should place and manage the order. Check the selected product, style, color, quantity and delivery address before paying. We will not replace a chosen style or color with another without your agreement.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping within our supported contiguous-US delivery area. Applicable tax is shown separately. The checkout total is shown before payment. Pick Your Trio is priced from its individual selections unless a specific discount is displayed.
Product photos
Product images are edited from supplier reference photos; decorative artwork is illustrative. Our hero character and family illustration are artwork. Minor display-color or packaging differences may occur; this does not remove your remedies for an incorrect, defective or materially misdescribed item.
Fulfillment and support
Products ship directly from fulfillment partners. SquishSiblings handles customer questions and coordinates order problems. See our shipping policy, return policy and order-help process.
Availability
Supplier stock can change. If we cannot supply an item you ordered, we will notify you and refund the affected item. We do not promise automatic supplier stock synchronization.
Your rights
These terms do not exclude rights that apply under consumer law. Policy changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
